Order terms
Price, freight and delivery
There will be a deliverycost of 150 SEK added to the total of every order (not item). However if you purchase items of more than 2000 SEK we will wave the delivery charge. All the prices have tax included. 25% on accessories, toys, CDs and homegoods, 12% on coffee and chocolat and 6% on books. If you live outside of the EU there will be no tax, once your items are totaled, this will be evident. If you recide within the EU the tax will be as decribed above. Delivery time is 7-14 days depending on where the items are shipped. We withhold the right to change any prices at any time.
Terms of payment
At this time we only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Giftcertificate
You can pay with your giftcertificatecode. If the amount on the giftcertificate is higher than the total order amount you can use the same code again the next time you shop at willma.se. If the amount on the giftcertificate is lower than the total order amount you can pay the difference with creditcard.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges on all items. Willma.se will debit your account within 2 weeks from the date we recieve the goods.
